Job DescriptionCardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for
Packer/Fillers in Sandusky, OH. As a packer you will work with a leader in Industrial Paint Supplies.

• Packer/Filler is the last step in the batch process, where finished product is filled into containers

to customer specification to be shipped out

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurate use of scales
• Proper use of equipment and hand tools
• Safe driving of tow motors
• Reading and understanding batch cards/ recipes
• Some positions require basic use of Ipad and bar code scanner
• Follow proper procedures learned in training that relate to safety and quality
• Fosters and administers a proper safety environment
• Use assigned protective gear (PPE) as required
• Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness for each batch produced
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic math skills, reading, and comprehension
• Ability to perform physical labor (ex. may lift up to 55lbs)
• Punctual, reliable, and attentive
• Tow motor experience a plus
• Able to follow all Safety Rules and be safety conscious
• Safety boots or shoes are required
• Passing pre-employment drug screen and background check requiredCardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of
  $15.00 per hour plus $1 shift premium. Referral bonuses available1st shift from 6a-230pam, with some overtime required.
