    PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our growing aerospace client who is looking to identify a dynamic Accounting Consultant to join their growing team.

    This position is 100% remote and requires experience supporting accounting system implementations and a background in Accounting.

    In this role, you will play a key part in several critical accounting initiatives, including the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the overall optimization of our financial processes.

    You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation:
      • Lead the completion of the final 25% of pre-go-live tasks for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365) implementation.
      • Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a successful go-live on July 1st.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising after go-live to optimize system functionality.
    • Account Reconciliation Process Improvement:
      • Analyze and identify areas for improvement in our current account reconciliation process.
      • Design and implement a more efficient and streamlined reconciliation process.
      • Train staff on the new reconciliation procedures.
    • Corporate Address Change and Mail Processing:
      • Assist with the planning and execution of our upcoming corporate address change.
      • Collaborate with the chosen vendor to ensure smooth mail processing post-address change.
    • ADP General Ledger Interface Project:
      • Manage and oversee the implementation of an interface between ADP and our general ledger system.
      • Ensure accurate data flow and integration between the two systems.
    • Expense Management Process Redesign:
      • Assist in certifying a redesigned expense management process for optimal functionality and control.
      • Develop and implement training materials for the new expense management procedures.
    • Budget & FP&A Support:
      • Assist with updating budget files and maintaining financial planning & analysis (FP&A) models.
      • Participate in other FP&A projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Controllership Support:
      • Take on additional controllership duties and projects as assigned by the Controller (or CFO).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional designation (preferred).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proven experience with accounting system implementations (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $50.00 Per Hour
