Your role in our mission
What we're looking for
The team lead will be responsible for providing guidance, direction, and support to the team to ensure that goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including task assignment, scheduling, and performance management.
Additionally, the team lead will serve as a liaison between team members and upper management, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts as needed.
The perfect candidate would demonstrate strong leadership skills, be able to lead by example, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
Additionally, the team lead is expected to contribute to the development of team members by providing coaching, training, and mentorship opportunities.

The pay range for this position is $58, $84,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
