Job Summary and Qualifications
Admin House Supervisor Registered Nurse - Full-time Night Shift
Supervises house pool and full time float staff. Serves as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends and holidays
Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas. Works with departments within the hospital to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement. Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment. Utilizes chain of command to address departmental or facility issues. Responds to emergencies on the campus. Implements emergency plans for the facility. Interacts with patients, families, staff and physicians to ensure prompt resolution of concerns. Supports hospital mission, vision and goals. Places personal emphasis on customer service.
