    Texas Health Arlington Work hours: Full Time, 40 Hours, Training will be held Monday - Friday, 7a-5:30pDay shift at Texas Health ArlingtonRadiology CT Scan highlights:

    • Tenured CT Team
    • Variety of exams performed
    • Comprehensive Stroke Center, Trauma Center, Advanced Cardiac
    • Fast paced high acuity and volume facility around 120 exams a day
    • Collaborative Radiologist Group including Interventionalist and Neuro Interventionist
    • Strong relationship with ED and Nursing Qualifications - ExternalHere's What You Need
    • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or nuclear medicine required and
    • Associate's Degree preferred
    • 6 months of Radiologic Technologist experience required or
    • 6 months Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
    • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R or N upon hire required or
    • NMTCB - Nuclear medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire required and
    • CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required And
    • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
    ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist CT (must be obtained within 3 weeks of completion of the apprentice program requiredWhat You Will DoComplete the FastTrack Imaging CT Apprentice program within 12 weeksCurriculum and program elements to include: ASRT - Self Study complete weekly assigned didactic training requirements; Imaging Procedures - Candidates must document performance of complete, diagnostic quality procedures according to the ARRT CT clinical experience requirements; Patient Care - Including interactions, management, medication administration, patient history, post-procedural and customer service; Radiation safety and does reduction techniques; Imaging formation, evaluation and archiving; Equipment operation, QC and troubleshooting; VenipunctureMeet attendance requirementsBe prepared for class with necessary suppliesActively participate in clinical care during clinical time (professional accountability and partnershipComplete assigned work on timePass CT registry within 3 week of completion of programAdditional perks for working at Texas Health:
