    **Technical Support Specialist (1035 Market St.)**

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** : **Essential Qualifications** **:** * Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

    Ability to work well on a team and desire to learn.

    Passion for achieving results and creating effective outcomes.

    Strong familiarity with Windows 10 and MS Office Suite of products.

    Familiarity with basic Active Directory and Office 365 administration, antimalware and modern security technology standards. Apple OS X experience preferred.

    **Physical Requirements and Work Environments** **:** **Education and Experience** **:** * Bachelors degree (preferably in computer science or electrical engineering) with (2) two years of experience in Microsoft Windows environment.

    Proficiency with Microsoft core products (Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.)

    Experience troubleshooting Apple OS X is helpful

    Experience in user training, technical support, and troubleshooting for users on Windows 10 Professional

    Experience in Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers, popup blockers, spyware applications, and removal of malware/spyware/trojans; experience in hardware imaging and creating standard images.
