What Youll Need to Bring to the Table:
One year sales experience, apartment and marketing experienceHigh school diploma, AA or college degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Solid communication skills.
Experience using Rent Caf,Yardi and CRM are preferred.


Your Calling Will Be:
Generating trafficQualify potential residents & verify applications.
Tour/Lease apartments.
Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
