Overview is seeking a Business Analyst for a multi-year contract to support the ongoing modernization and maintenance systems.

What you will do Runs two Jira boards Runs 2 of each:

Scrum ceremonies, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews, Scrum of Scrums Runs the internal weekly meetings with our UPRO desktop team (backend integrations) Creates and demoes mockups both internally and externally Hands on UAC testing Creates and maintains documentation of each project for Government lead Helps with on boarding new hires Assists in training materials, demo videos etc for client What you need to have Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, team building, people management, issue resolution, and customer relationship management Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization with both internal and external customers Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to lead and manage projects with medium to high levels of technical and/or functional complexity Demonstrated ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decision What we'd like you to have Programing experience Previous work with Government clients, DHS, or CBP Past experience working with systems built using Java/JEE About is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
