JOB TITLE: cashier/hostess + Social Media

DEPARTMENT: Front Lobby

EMPLOYER NAME: Family Soul Cafe

HOURS: Part-time/full-time (shift time varies based upon business needs and your availability)

PAY: $11.00/per hour

LOCATION: Rainbow and Lake mead area

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

To perform the duties of receiving payments, giving change and all other cashier/lobby host employee duties, as well as making sure the customers dining experience is pleasant and enjoyable.

MAJOR DUITIES AND RESPOSIBILITES

1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
2. Become familiar with the menu, ingredients, and allergens
3. Answer customer questions
4. Calculate costs and accept payment
5. Calculate and return appropriate change amount
6. Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
7. Keep track of cash drawers and sales receipts
8. Report issues with equipment
9. Teamwork
10. Handle customer complaints
11. Maintain clean and tidy area and restaurant
12. Assist with stocking and to-go orders

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

High school diploma or GD certificate.

Experience:

1. Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people, giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
2. Critical Thinking: Using logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, inappropriate approaches to problems.
3. Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Spend time standing

7. Manual Dexterity: The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
8. Oral expression: The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
9. Finger Dexterity: The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grass, manipulate, or assemble very small parts.

The things that we compared may be presented at the same time or one after the other period this ability also includes comparing a presented object with a remembered object.
