The Community Bridges Inc Client Stabilization Specialist is a shelter or temporary lodging site-based position with a primary role of working with individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness The position will ensure individuals or families who are entering shelter or temporary lodging are stabilized The position will conduct intakes into HMIS provide education on the rules and responsibilities resources and provide overall orientation while in shelter or temporary lodging- face-to-face visits
