Gainesville, GA 30501Monday - Friday, 8:20am - 4:10pm

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1-6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had

$19 per hour for non-certified Behavior Technicians
Guaranteed 35+ hours per week
Predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:20 AM - 4:10 PM)
What You Will Do:
Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)
