    Finance and Business Operations Senior Manager responsible for overall finance and business management for rapidly expanding Tactical Missiles LOB located in Dallas, TX within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control
    This position will primarily support the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) programs
    This position is responsible to lead a Team of program finance, estimating, planning, and contracts professionals in all aspects of program proposal, capture, and execution
    This business manager will provide leadership in the following areas:

    • Cost and schedule management
    • Financial and Strategic guidance and oversight
    • Budget development and analysis for contract performance and execution
    • Long Range Plan development and financial forecasting
    • Direct the establishment and maintenance of a system of business management controls to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, schedules, and financial goals
    • Oversee Earned Value system compliance and management across numerous contracts
    • Aggressively manage and perform analysis to ensure present and future financial performance is consistent with forecasts and identify risk and opportunities to the plan
    • Provide interface with senior leadership on programmatic and business management related activities
    • Direct Interface and establish strategic relationship with Army customers

    Basic Qualifications:
    Strong Business Acumen and Financial Skills

    • Requires Broad Depth of Knowledge of Program Finance Disciplines such as EVM, Pricing/Estimating, Govt Contracting, Materials/Supply Chain Finance, Risk/Opportunity Management
    • Experience in Financial Planning (Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash)
    • Strong Full Spectrum Leadership with Demonstrated Experience, Ability in Leading Teams
    • Leadership experience in Partnering with Multi-Functional Teams
    • Previous Experience in Various Life Cycles of a Program including both Production and Development

    Desired Skills:


    A Wide Range and Depth of Business Operations Experience including Developing Vision, Strategy and Goals of Programs from initial proposal through execution and closeout.


    • Demonstrated Experience in Staffing and Building a Team and Growing Future Talent Pipeline
    • Excellent Communication and Briefing Skills
    • Ability to Interpret Data and Indicators
    • Ability to Lead Others with Clarity
    • Working Knowledge of LM and MFC F&BO Command Media

    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
