    Join our dynamic Merchandising Planning and Allocation team as a Senior Analyst, Merchandising.

    The Senior Analyst, Merchandising supports the Product Merchandizing team by analyzing and reporting on product performance to maximize sales, profitability, and inventory turnover.


    Responsibilities:

    • Use statistical and analytical tools to extract actionable insights
    • Forecast future demands for products based on historical data and market trends
    • Inventory management
    • Conduct market research as needed
    • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
    • Assess the success of merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Degree in business, merchandising, marketing, statistics, economics or related field 3-5 years of analytical experience in retail
    • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statical analysis tools
    • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience
    • Relational database knowledge
    • Experience in demand forecasting and the ability to use forecasting models
    • Knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts, including product life-cycle management
