Job summary
The Contracting Manager is responsible for sourcing and management for contracts within the purchased services service line which will include multiple contracts or relationships.Contract Managers will manage supplier relationships contracts contract categories with small to mid tier suppliers resolve supplier related issues regarding contracting activities remain point of contact for the supplier to member Premier conduct regular Business Line Reviews with member develop performance metrics own relationship management with member supplier
Contract Managers will run complete sourcing process data gathering RFP drafting release response analysis pricing negotiations contracting conducts negotiation meetings ensures standardization processes deliverables Sourcing Committees shares subject matter expertise develops mentors department staff responsibility managing competitive sourcing process optimum contract pricing terms conditions
