    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to supervise our employees, ensuring they meet productivity standards and adhere to company policies.

    This is a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, as well as training and developing the team by working together on an ongoing basis and leading by example.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor employee productivity and evaluate job performance
    • Enforce systems, policies, and procedures
    • Assign responsibilities to ensure daily quotas are met
    • Maintain a clean and orderly department
    • Manage workflow and oversee safe use of equipment

    The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    As a Job Supervisor with FTI Buyer, LLC, you can expect a competitive salary range of $38,400 - $52,800 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
