    Founded in 1982 as Joliet Area Community Hospice, Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care is an independent, nonprofit healthcare provider licensed in 11 counties in northwest Illinois.

    We provide exceptional serious illness care, hospice care and grief support for adults and children.

    We will be opening a new In Patient Unit in Matteson, IL


    We are currently seeking candidates for full time RN's for overnights in our new In Patient Unit (IPU) located in Matteson.

    This overnight position works three hour shifts per week from 7 pm - 7:30 am with alternating weekends and three (3) holidays per year.

    Our IPU RN's provide end of life care to our patients and help support their families during this time. A minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing required; hospice experience a plus.
