    Description

    Job Title: 2nd Shift Painter

    Summary:
    Paints and identifies products and components by customer, number, and/or color. Loads and unloads components/products from or to pallets, carts, machines, conveyors.
    • Uses proper painting techniques. Troubleshoots paint issues.
    • Operates various machines used in the painting process.
    • Demonstrates a working understanding of preparing cylinders before paint (how to hang, whether to use plugs, grease).
    • Correctly identifies products/components by customer and/or color.
    • Inspects rejected cylinders (broken plugs, bad welds) before/after painting. Corrects paint defects.
    • Keepts work area clean organized. Performs preventative equipment maintenance/li >
