Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides desk support for MillTown Office and Technician staff
• Maintain, install and troubleshoot desktops, iPads, printers, phones, ect.
• Maintain, install and troubleshoot software/hardware including, Lytx, Service Titan ect.
• Develop and maintain local networks
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Identifies, researches and resolves technical issues
• Responds to telephone calls, email and all other requests for technical support
• Alerts Management to recurring problems and patterns of problems
• Maintain expenses
• Identify computer/network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
• Additional duties as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Basic knowledge of network and its protocols
• Experience supporting desktop systems
• Basic Computer Hardware Replace/Repair
• In depth knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life

Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
