- Responsible for targeted sales activities in the US Region
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in the US Region for your targeted accounts that align with our overall corporate goals and objectives
- Focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop action plans by market segment to grow VisiConsult's US business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. marketing, engineering, applications team and customer service
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to US Region GM and WW Sales Leadership
- Proven ability to work with alternative distribution channels
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, sales, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales - preferably in NDT - and proven sales and customer relationship building experiences
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques, methods and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Strategic and analytical mindset as well as strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, industry standards, and competitive landscape
- Results-oriented thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results
- Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills as well as very good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Strong leadership and sales partner management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire in accordance with our company values
