    This position supports patients in Lansing and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year

    We are looking for compassionate a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant with:
    ​​​Associate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.
    ​Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; previous home health experience preferred.
    ​Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.​​
    Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
    A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
    The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
    Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
