Primary Objectives - Conduct electrochemistry experiments and utilize surface spectroscopy techniques to standardize electropolishing methods. - Analyze metal content in electropolishing acid through titration and specific gravity measurements. - Prepare samples for third party analysis - Prepare detailed data reports based on results delivered by third-party analysis, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation of findings for formal reporting.Secondary Objectives: - Evaluate the impact of new additives on process and product consistency, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery metrics. - Asses the effects of alternative rinse acid treatments on surface chemistry and appearance, prioritizing safety and environmental considerations. - Investigate and propose process control measures to enhance throughput and quality in electropolishing, emphasizing improvements in quality and delivery times.
