    Position Summary:


    Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, tea, and other items to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested.

    Describes product details to customers. Receives and processes customer payments.


    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Process orders to create an exceptional customer service experience.
    • Listen and communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot/cold beverages.
    • Maintain a clean work environment.
    • Maintain supply inventory.
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
    • Preparing and serving beverages as ordered.
    • Promoting, answering questions, and recommending menu options to customers.
    • Taking payments from customers.
    • Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and notifying maintenance of needed repairs.
    • Keeping the work environment sanitary, clean, and organized.
    • Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Physical Requirements:

    Note:

    Position Requirements:

    • Strong customer service skills; ability to demonstrate positive attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism.
    • Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with team members and all customers.
    • Ability to use current technology, including computers.
    • Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • The equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties.
