    Job Title: Manager, Commercial Analytics (Lifesciences/Pharma)

    Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid)

    Type of Hire: Full-time

    We are seeking an experienced Manager with a background in pharma/life sciences to define product strategies/roadmaps and ensure timely delivery to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a larger team and act as a liaison to the onshore team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience in commercial projects across pharma/life sciences
    • Proficiency in commercial analytics functions like marketing analytics, sales analytics
    • Experience with pharma datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, DDD, Digital Interaction data, Sales data
    • Strong reporting and analytics/insight generation skills
    • Excellent project management, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
    • Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with Azure Cloud platform, Databricks, Pyspark or Python, Power BI
    • Data governance/data quality/data cataloging experience specifically around Ataccama/Collibra is a plus
    • Ability to gather requirements, scope, and execute multiple projects in parallel

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/technology
    • MBA
    • MS/MTech/Mpharma

    Compensation:

    The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The total compensation package will be determined by factors including but not limited to applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
