Your Role at
FICO:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic guidance to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing financial plans, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making at all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to evaluate strategic opportunities, assess investment decisions, and drive operational efficiencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
5 years' experience accounting and finance roles.
2 years as accounting/finance leader in an organization of similar size.
Degree in accounting, finance, business related OR 4 years equivalent work experience.
Accounting/finance leader in company generating similar revenues.
Fluent with statistics used for business analysis.
Able to pass company background check.
Experience creating customized reports with accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills (Ask how candidate has used: macros, 20$, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
