    SUMMARYAs a Guest Experience Ambassador in our Rooms Division team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and exceptional experience during their stay.

    Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, inviting and memorable atmosphere. You will be the face of our establishment, representing our commitment to outstanding customer service.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKey responsibilitiesGuest Reception:
    Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Anticipate and meet their needs for a seamless, enjoyable stay. Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities. Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate valuable insights to the management team to enhance overall guest satisfaction.


    Information and Assistance:
    Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering information on the hotel, local attractions, and amenities. Address guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and effectively. Offer concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for dining and entertainment.


    Hospitality Services:
    Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and coordinate special requests such as room preferences and special occasion arrangements. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and policies.


    Problem Resolution:
    Promptly and professionally address guest concerns and issues, exceeding expectations in resolution. Collaborate with relevant departments when needed to ensure swift resolution.


    Team Collaboration:


    Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure all requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

    Collaborate effectively with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to enhance the overall guest experience.


    Guest Relations:
    Develop and maintain positive relationships with repeat guests, acknowledging special occasions and preferences to enhance their experience

    Additional tasks:


    Cross-train in the Rooms Division department, providing support for PBX, guest transportation, and assisting the Front Desk operations as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required.
    Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    Warm and friendly personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
    Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
    Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
