    CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
    * $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.

    • 2nd (Evening) Shifts available.
    • Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work
    • Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-perm

    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
    *Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Current Physical/TB screening
    • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
    • PA State Criminal Background
    • COVID Vaccine required.
