    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
    Works with personnel at businesses to facilitate accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting.
    Responsible for working within several ERP systems.
    Work under tight quarterly timelines that achieve world class SEC reporting for timeliness and quality.
    Responsible for cash flow statements required at business segment level and consolidated.

    Provide finance team support:
    analysis and issue resolution, solution recommendations, and end-user training related to month-end consolidations.
    Own and maintain the company's global OneStream account reconciliation program and monitor business unit compliance with account reconciliation policies.
    Responsible for the overall integrity of the OneStream databases (including restatements).
    Maintain and update reports and procedures to ensure businesses enter all required information into OneStream.
    Help develop and deploy training materials for new and existing OneStream users.

    Provide support to OneStream Administrator, as needed, with the maintenance of OneStream application metadata (review set up of new dimension members, entity hierarchies, and other metadata requests).

    Assist in performing system testing, and validate results during upgrades and patches to the development, test and production systems.
    Occasional changes in reporting structure, accounting policies, OneStream users, and required financial data.


    YOU HAVE:
    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting/Finance.
    2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance required. Experience with financial consolidation and month-end close process experience preferred.
    Knowledge of GAAP, SEC, ASC/FASB and technical accounting pronouncements is a plus.
    Financial, analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail.
    Experience with OneStream or other equivalent EPM software a plus.
    Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.

    Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels and functions in the organization.
