We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Technician to support our Oncologist in delivering precise, compassionate, and efficient patient care. This position calls for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a deep commitment to empathetic client communication—whether in person, over the phone, or electronically.Responsibilities
- Facilitate the doctors schedule to align with patient care needs.
- Timely, thorough and accurate patient care client interactions including collecting history for appointments and medication management and refills.
- Ensure a smooth an excellent client experience through communication schedule management answering questions concerns.
