    This company has operations primarily in south jersey but serves communities from Long Island down to Florida.

    As a Project Manager & Estimator, you will be responsible for:
    Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from planning to implementation.
    Estimating project costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
    Using software tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Take Off to manage projects and perform cost estimations.
    Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
    Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
    Ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
    Preparing and presenting project reports to management and stakeholders.
    A minimum of three years of experience in project management and cost estimation in the construction industry.
    Strong knowledge of construction management, project management, budget management, blueprint reading, and construction estimating.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    A proven track record of managing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
    A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    Certifications in project management or cost estimation are a plus.
    A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
