Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:
Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
Present pricing, financing options, and valueâ€added products
Maintain upâ€toâ€date knowledge of Ford models, features, and incentives
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales goals with integrity and transparency
Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, customerâ€first experience


Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior automotive sales experience is not required.

We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
