    IKRUSHER Inc. is looking for an Assistant Business Manager/Key Accounts for our Baldwin Park, California location to assist in directing and overseeing our organization's sales team and related policies, objectives, and initiatives. Work with the Business Manager to set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
    The position will report to the Business Manager and requires familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Help to lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires effectively.

    The Assistant Business Manager/Key Accounts role is to expand our customer base and help the branch achieve a monthly revenue target of $1 million. To be successful in this role, you must have previous sales and sales management experience while accepting accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to assist in supervising a team of salespeople and setting profitability goals.

    Requirements:
    • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager or similar senior sales role – minimum of 5-7 years of Sales.
    • Management experience.
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

    • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.

    Responsibilities:
    • Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
    • Experience in the cannabis industry and a vape hardware background is a plus.
    • Evaluate individual performances.
    • Report on regional sales results.
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
    • Reaching out to self-developed customer leads through cold calling/cold emailing.
    • Work to close deals with self-developed accounts that meet the ideal customer profile for maximum revenue.
    • Identify hiring needs, and select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
    • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
    • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Produce reports and statistics regularly, ensuring internal sales purchases are accurately accounted for (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
    • Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations as necessary.
    • Help to manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
    • Follow ERP guidelines.
    • Help the Business Manager as needed to verify every invoice to make sure all product is paid in full.
    • Help the Business Manager to make sure all payments are deposited promptly; check ERP prices to ensure all reps are following protocol.
    • Supervise sales representatives as needed.
    • Support employees to ensure their success by calling/having weekly meetings.
    • Motivate the sales team.
    • Help to manage revenue, expenses, and employee morale.

    Full-Time:
    • Salary plus bonus eligible (annually) plus commission.
    • Onsite Only.
    • Remote is not allowed.
