- Provide direct therapy services to students from pre-K through grade 12, focusing on areas such as fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, ADLs, executive functioning, and school readiness.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff to support therapy goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive and positive team culture.
- Active North Carolina OTA license or registration.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible, collaborative environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and schedules effectively.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available, with a flexible schedule to choose consistent days/times.
