The Opportunity:
As the Fiscal Specialist 1 in the Office of International Programs you will provide overall fiscal and administrative support under the general direction of the Director of Finance and Administrative Services, with a strong emphasis on preparing complex travel budgets and making international travel arrangements.
You will use your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to provide support for all area units in purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, student account billing, spend authorizations, travel expense reimbursements, internal service deliveries, invoice processing, and cash sale deposits.
In this role, you must stay up to date on complex and current business policies and procedures and be able to directly apply them to everyday tasks in a highly efficient manner.
