Job summary
Kleinfelder's Design team is looking for a Civil Designer/Engineer to participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering services.We are seeking a strong Civil 3D designer/engineer with excellent communication skills to join our team-oriented environment providing public and private clients with professional engineering services for roadway improvements, site development utilities, erosion mitigation and / or stormwater design.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Problem Solving and Innovation; Collaborating with Project Teams; Career Growth;
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing site layouts, earthwork, grading storm drain sanitary sewer water pipe network modeling infrastructure creating construction plans alignments profiles grading features producing engineered designs leading project meetings with internal staff clients agencies ensuring projects meet deadlines budgets regulatory requirements following client internal design standards procedures delivering high-quality accurate designs performing independent Quality Assessment/Quality Control reviews other designer work as needed,
This role requires strong oral written communication skills excellent inter-personal skills working multiple group settings strong desire learn grow succeed possession Professional Engineering PE license ability obtain Nevada PE within months required local experience preferred.
