    We are proudly representing a leading geotechnical firm who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced geotechnical engineer for their Houston branch.

    They have a huge backlog of projects and are constantly seeing a rise in repeated and new business.

    Their growth has been led by the financial backing from their corporate office - leading to increased plans for new offices and labs across Texas.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage geotechnical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
    Conduct comprehensive site investigations and analyses to assess soil properties and geological conditions.
    Develop innovative solutions to address geotechnical challenges and mitigate risks.
    Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
    Lead a talented team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.

    Desired Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
    Proven experience managing geotechnical projects, ideally within the Houston area.
    Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis software.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
