Pacsense Corp. is a packaging specialist who offers custom packaging materials and service to the food & agriculture industries, retailers and brands. The company's fundamental value is creative and inventive thinking, and it has numerous patents and copyrights.
A project coordinator primarily works throughout the order process, communicating with customers/buyers, specifying details of packaging options and pricing, overseeing production with domestic or international manufacturing partners, ensuring quality and regulations, and coordinating logistics and delivery. Individuals are given areas based on their skills, talents, and the company's needs.
Experience and competence in marketing and sales are a huge plus. Clear oral and written communication, planning and organizational abilities, problem solving, accuracy, and timely performance are all highly praised.
Responsibilities
Handling customer/buyer orders and sales.
Communicating with suppliers and vendors. Overseeing production to ensure excellent products.
Demonstrating teamwork, adhering to company policies and procedures, and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree required.
-Previous experience or foundational knowledge in Sales, Quality Assurance (QA), or IT is preferred.
-Desires to learn and take on new responsibilities despite lack of experience.
-Proficient with Microsoft software.
-Demonstrates strong planning, organizing, multitasking, and time management skills.
