    What You'll Do as a Shift Leader:

    Lead and Inspire Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain Pressto's high standards.

    Ensure Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

    Engage with Guests Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

    Support Food Prep Assist with cooking and assembling our signature menu items to perfection.

    Maintain Organization Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

    Collaborate for Success Work closely with management and team members to meet operational goals.

    Grow the Team Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Requirements:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience: Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred but not required.

    Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

    Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

    Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

    Certifications: Food Handler's card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
