Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist the St. Louis area. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated ability to perform various accounting-related functions.

Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Type: Direct Hire/ Permanent
Location: Downtown, St. Louis
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Lunch: 1 Hour
Parking: Paid

Compensation: $52,000 to $55,000 (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:

• Aid in the reconciliation of bank account discrepancies
• Record client payments accurately in accounts
• Collaborate with clients to establish payment plans as directed
• Investigate and promptly resolve any discrepancies in client payments
• Pose relevant inquiries regarding client payment and billing activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in receivables preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify and address billing discrepancies effectively
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and obligations efficiently, meeting deadlines as required
• Proficient in using accounting information systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software and equipment

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
