Description
We are seeking a skilled and efficient Client Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Labs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and accurate information and support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve client complaints and issues effectively or escalate to the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain and update client records in our database.
- Communicate feedback and recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Follow up on client interactions to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year; additional qualifications may lead to higher compensation.
- Previous experience in client support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with support software and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
