Job summary
The project coordinator provides essential support to project managers, ensuring projects remain on schedule, meeting procurement standards, and complying with documentation requirements.This role is responsible for managing orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with contract and invoice processes to facilitate successful project execution and close-out.
This position includes occasional travel to support business needs.}
- Tracks project team priorities and ensure alignment with larger goals through all project processes.
- Update and modify project schedules on the project team's behalf.
- Prepare weekly or monthly project status reports.
