Reviews job specifications including job order directions, department supplemental instructions, die vinyl/diagrams, samples and proofs. Performs inspection of dies before set-up. Accurately and securely install die boards in die chases. Pieces together strip dies and changes die plugs for assorted die combinations.
Creates crease plates, using either Servo Table, channel creasing knives or channel creasing matrix.
Creates waste removal units.
Creates blank separation tools.
Verifies quality and specification aspects as per checklists.
