POSITION GOAL:

The Sales Associate plays a key role in fostering a customer-oriented sales culture, focused on our core values and principles in all store operations. We are passionate about our work and believe that our teams create an exceptional environment for professional development and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive for Results
- Achieve company sales targets by effectively using sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Maintain awareness of current sales, promotions, pricing, and presentation standards.
- Handle merchandise, prevent losses, and carry out tasks assigned by Management.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities and store maintenance.
Customer Experience
- Exemplify and endorse exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and provide efficient checkout experiences.
- Promote additional purchases, such as gift cards, and enroll customers in loyalty programs.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service.
- Stay updated on product offerings and maintain client communication.
Operational Excellence
- Support restocking efforts to keep the store well-stocked.
- Assist with order fulfillment and visual merchandising directives.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
Teamwork and Growth
- Foster a collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

This role may exist across various brands, with specific duties differing between them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior retail or sales experience is desirable.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt to company-provided technology.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and Management.
Regular attendance is vital, with flexibility for varied work schedules.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Continuous standing/walking during 8-hour shifts.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
Frequent climbing (34%-66% of shift).
