Job Summary:
*Crown Staffing* is searching for a skilled *Maintenance Technician* to join our team. As a *maintanence technician* you will be responsible for performing a variety of diversified duties including but not limited to ; repairs, installs, equipment trouble shooting, deliveries, as well as any other assigned task.

*Duties:

• Perform major and minor mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and installation and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
• Perform various plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, including but not limited to painting interior and exterior walls and trim, HVAC and HVAC filter replacement, plumbing, lighting, moving, and storage.
• Perform various plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, including but not limited to painting interior and exterior walls and trim, HVAC and HVAC filter replacement, plumbing, lighting, moving, and storage.
• Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management

*Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• HVAC/R certification is preferred but not required.
