    The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $80,.00 - $86,.00

    The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.     Responsibilities:

  • Serve as accounting and financial management analyst for institutional reporting
  • Perform accounting procedures and techniques for financial reporting requirements for Contract Resource Management (CRM)
  • Work with an Oracle-based accounting system that involves different programs generating a large number of transactions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial administration of contracts including contract line items, structure of the contracts option periods, and other administrative and technical aspects of the supporting contracts
  • Perform accurate recording of accounting events, apply appropriate cost accounting techniques, and demonstrate an understanding of the principles of financial statement compilation to ensure internal control compliance over financial reporting standards meeting the Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 / Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagement (SSAE) 18 reporting compliance standards
  • Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of financial administration of contracts
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Financial Services Software a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including grammatical/technical writing skills
  • Excellent attention to and accuracy with details
  • Strong individual initiative
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
