Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is the Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire, founded in 1972.

Our Philadelphia, PA Corporate Office, is looking for resourceful, outgoing, patient fast learners for full-time seasonal work in our Customer Service Department.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills and be able to work independently.

Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required; however, it is a PLUSApplicants must be 18 years of age or older


Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders.

Process new orders through mainframe system.

Check orders for accuracy.

Learn product line and processes.


Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.

One to two years high volume call center experience preferred.

Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.

Mainframe experience a plus

Well-developed understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, particularly July-September.

Bilingual Spanish/English speaking applicants a plus
