Emplify Health by Gundersen has an available opportunity for a new graduate with a Master's degree in Communicative Disorders to join our team to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year (13 months) working with pediatric and adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will evaluate and assess adult and pediatric individuals who have medical problems or other health related conditions impacting language, motor speech, cognition, right hemisphere dysfunction, basic voice,
dysphagia In coordination with the referring provider and other clinical staff you will develop a plan of care
and provide treatment techniques interventions to restore improve function in alignment with relevant state Speech
and Language Pathology Practice Standards You will be mentored by an individual holding American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification in Speech
and Language Pathology During your Clinical Fellowship Year you will gain competency with tests/protocols for language impairment motor speech disorders cognitive impairment right hemisphere dysfunction basic voice disorders dysphagia
