    Junior Accountant
    Creative Financial Staffing is sourcing a Junior Accountant for a newly created role with our client located in Wethersfield.

    Responsibilities of the

    Junior Accountant:

    • Basic Bookkeeping responsibilities, such as reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledgers
    • Support preparation of financial reports including balance sheet and income statements
    • Input invoices into Blackbaud to be processed
    • Prepare journal entries
    • AR/Bank deposits
    • Backup to AP and Payroll

    Preferred Qualifications of the

    Junior Accountant:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance OR 1 Year of hands on, relatable experience
    • Excellent excel skills (Vlookups will be used regularly in this role)
    • The Junior Accountant should be able to take direction and work independently
