    Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

    We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team for a CONTRACT assignment with a premier Financial Services client in Denver, CO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
    • Prepare, edit, and maintain all financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement, Schedule of Investment and Tailored Shareholding Reporting.
    • Help prepare other financial reporting deliverables including Form N-MFP3, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, 24f-2 SEC regulatory filings, Prospectus and SAI information.
    • Research and resolve moderately complex problems.
    • Support the team in all aspects of the above deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
    • Comprehensive accounting knowledge.
    • Must be detail-oriented and highly analytical.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred.
    • Ability to comprehend and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge, Outlook a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
