Job summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our team in Irving Texas. In this long-term contract position you will play a key role in providing technical support to end-users ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of hardware software and devices This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the mortgage industry- Evaluate hardware and software requests offering solutions that align with business needs and corporate standards while maintaining proper documentation.
- Configure and maintain end-user environments including setting up new hardware addressing virus alerts installing software updates and conducting tests.
