We are looking for a Senior Environmental Compliance Project Manager to work from our office in Memphis, Tennessee .This role would be excellent for a growing Environmental Compliance professional with at least seven years of experience who is looking to be on the cutting edge of emerging technologies through continuing professional development.

What You Will Be Doing:

Preparing environmental compliance reports by local, state, and federal requirements (e.g., RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA)Periodic travel to client locations throughout the U.S.

to perform environmental compliance audits or to assist clients with specific environmental compliance tasksPreparing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and hazardous waste contingency plans (HWCPSs)Preparing environmental permit applications for air emissions, stormwater discharges, and wastewater dischargesManaging projects while mentoring junior-level staffEnsuring appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken to address non-conformance at client sitesAssisting with labor/material estimates and proposalsIn some cases, providing clients with project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental regulatory compliance and permitting.

Qualifications:
We require a minimum of a BS in environmental science, engineering, or related fieldA minimum of seven years experience in the environmental field is requiredStrong consulting and problem-solving skills are requiredLicensed Professional Engineer is preferredExperience in the following is preferred: SPCC requirementsEPCRA 312 and 313 reportingHazardous waste requirementsAir emission source permittingStormwater/wastewater (NPDES) permittingCompliance auditing
